Some news sources have reported several explosions in the city of Erbil, the capital of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
Videos have been posted on social media that, according to sources, show an Iranian drone flying in the sky over Erbil and columns of smoke rising from near the city’s international airport.
So far, Iraqi and Kurdistan Regional Government officials have not provided a report on the details of this incident, possible targets, and the extent of damage.
