Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced in a press release on his X-Page that a peace agreement has been reached between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran after intensive negotiations.
According to him, the two sides have agreed on an immediate and permanent end to military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon.
The Pakistani Prime Minister added that the official signing ceremony of this agreement will be held in Switzerland on Friday, June 19.
Shahbaz Sharif thanked the United States and Iran for their commitment to a diplomatic solution to end the conflict and also thanked Qatar for its role in the mediation process.
He also thanked the leadership of Saudi Arabia and Turkey for their contribution and cooperation in reaching this agreement, and said that the mediators will hold meetings in the coming days to prepare the ground for the implementation of the agreement and the start of technical talks.
