Rocket from Lebanon hits Kiryat Shmona, raising alarm in northern occupied Palestine
The Israeli army announced that several rockets were fired from Lebanese territory towards the Kiryat Shmona area.
The Israeli army claimed that most of these missiles were intercepted by defense systems, but at least one missile hit the Kiryat Shmona area.
According to an Al Jazeera reporter, a total of 8 missiles were fired from southern Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee region in northern occupied Palestine.
At the same time, the Israeli army announced the activation of alarm bells in several northern areas and urged residents to follow security instructions.
No reports of possible casualties from the attack have been released so far.
