The British government has imposed sanctions on 12 individuals and entities linked to Iran, accusing them of engaging in “hostile activities” against the UK and some other countries.
The British Foreign Office has announced that nine individuals and two exchange companies have been banned from traveling to the UK and their assets have been frozen.
This action comes at a time when Britain and the United States had previously sanctioned Naji Ebrahim Sharifi Zandashti in 2024 on charges of leading an international drug trafficking network.
