The spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General has announced that a school, a health center, and a telecommunications base in Dangam district have been damaged following Pakistani shelling in parts of Kunar province.
Stephane Dujarric emphasized in a press conference that, based on international law, civilians and civilian infrastructure, including schools and health centers, must be protected at all times and never targeted.
