Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Russia, announced that there has been a significant increase in recent days in attacks by Ukrainian drones against Russia through the airspace of Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
He warned that if these countries deliberately allow Ukraine to use their airspace, Moscow has the right to self-defense against “armed attack” under Article 51 of the UN Charter.
