The Israeli army admitted in a statement that four of its soldiers were killed in heavy fighting last night in southern Lebanon.
According to the statement, four other people were also injured, two of whom are reported to be in critical condition.
However, the volume of relief efforts and the number of helicopters dispatched to southern Lebanon last night to transport the dead and wounded do not match the announced figures of only 4 dead and 4 wounded.
