Pakistan’s foreign minister announced that Islamabad would be honored to host talks between the United States and Iran to end the ongoing conflicts in the region.
Ishaq Dar added that Pakistan is ready to facilitate meaningful negotiations with the aim of achieving a comprehensive and lasting solution.
He also said that Washington and Tehran have expressed confidence in Pakistan’s role in facilitating these talks.
On the other hand, Pakistani media reported that the country’s foreign minister will travel to Beijing today to inform China about these negotiations.
This comes while Pakistan hosted a quadrilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia yesterday with the aim of reducing tensions between the United States, the Israeli regime, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
