Iranian Foreign Minister holds telephone conversation with Turkish, Egyptian and Pakistani counterparts
Seyyed Abbas Araqchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, discussed and exchanged views on the latest developments in the region in light of the continued military aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran in separate phone calls with the Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Egypt, and Pakistan.
In these talks, Araqchi assessed the US and Zionist regime’s attack on Iranian infrastructure as an act aimed at escalating tensions and destabilizing the region, and emphasized the need for vigilance, coordination, and solidarity among regional countries against these common threats.
Referring to the dangerous consequences of the reckless and terrorist behaviors of the United States and the Israeli regime, the Iranian Foreign Minister stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran will spare no effort in defending its national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the security of its citizens.
These contacts took place at a time when regional tensions have reached their peak and Islamic countries need closer consultations to prevent the spread of the crisis and maintain stability.
