Security sources: A Pakistani fighter jet was shot down by Afghan forces
Security sources confirmed to the media that the defense forces of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have shot down a Pakistani fighter jet that had entered the country’s airspace.
Al Arabiya also reported that the Pakistani fighter jet was targeted and crashed during the country’s recent air raid on Afghan territory.
At the same time, security sources announced that after Pakistan bombed the Kabul, Kandahar and some other provinces, the Islamic Emirate forces have resumed extensive retaliatory operations against the centers and positions of the Pakistani military regime along the borders of Kandahar and Helmand provinces.
So far, no further details have been released about the exact location of the jet crash or the possible death of the pilot, and Pakistani authorities have not made an official response.
The revenge operation continues while the Islamic Emirate has repeatedly emphasized that any aggression against Afghan soil will be met with a decisive and proportionate response.
