Ministry of Defense: 55 enemy soldiers killed, two bases and 19 outposts captured in revenge operation against Pakistan
The Ministry of National Defense of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan announced that in a massive retaliatory operation by Afghan forces against Pakistani military positions along the supposed Durand Line, 55 Pakistani soldiers were killed, several others were captured, and two military bases along with 19 border posts were completely captured.
In these clashes, 8 Afghan soldiers were martyred and 11 others were injured.
At the same time, local sources reported that 13 civilians were injured in a Pakistani rocket attack on a returnee camp in Nangarhar province.
This operation is described as part of the Islamic Emirate’s decisive response to Pakistan’s repeated aggression on Afghan soil and the bombing of civilians in the provinces of Nangarhar and Paktika.
