Gaza martyrs’ death toll rises to 72,070, more than 171,000 injured since the start of the war

The Palestinian Ministry of Public Health in the Gaza Strip announced in a new statement that 72,070 people have been martyred as a result of the Israeli army’s attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

The total number of injured in these attacks has reached 171,738. The Gaza Health Ministry added that thousands more are still missing and under the rubble.

In the past few hours, the body of one martyr was transferred to the hospital and 10 others were injured.

Since the ceasefire was established on October 11, 2025, 612 people have been killed, 1,640 injured, and the bodies of 726 martyrs have been recovered from the rubble.
