Incident at Jed Vance’s home, suspect arrested after multiple burglaries
The United States Secret Service and the Cincinnati Police Department responded to an incident at the home of Vice President Jed Vance in the Walnut Hills area on Monday morning (January 5, 2026), in which several windows were damaged and broken.
Cincinnati police announced that they have arrested at least one suspect after seeing a person fleeing the scene. The undercover agency is also gathering more information and the investigation is ongoing.
According to local reports, Jed Vance and his family were not home at the time of the incident. Vance had left the home on Sunday after spending a week in Cincinnati.
