Pezzekian:Iran’s relations with neighbors, including Afghanistan, have improved

Iranian President Massoud Pezzekian announced in an interview with the media that Iran’s relations with all neighboring and regional countries, including Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Turkey, and the Persian Gulf countries, have improved significantly in the cultural, scientific, and economic fields.

He emphasized that despite existing challenges and external pressures, the path of Iran’s international interactions and relations is expanding.

Pezzekian also rejected reports by some Western media outlets that the Iranian government is unable to solve problems as baseless and a distortion of positions.

These statements come at a time when the Pezizian government has prioritized its foreign policy on strengthening relations with neighbors.
