Minister of Industry and Trade meets with Chinese Ambassador, emphasizes solving challenges of Chinese investors
Nooruddin Azizi, Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met with Chinese Ambassador Zhaoxing and his accompanying delegation on Sunday (7th of December)and discussed removing obstacles facing Chinese investors and deepening bilateral economic relations.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce’s press release states that the Chinese delegation raised the challenges facing Chinese companies in investing in Afghanistan and called for further expansion of trade and economic cooperation.
Emphasizing Afghanistan’s full readiness to provide more facilities, Nooruddin Azizi stated that we are committed to quickly resolving the problems of Chinese investors and that the country’s doors are open to safe and profitable investment.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade considered this meeting an important step towards strengthening bilateral trade and increasing the presence of Chinese companies in the country’s major infrastructure and industrial projects.
