Resumption of air exports and imports by Ariana Afghan Company from today

Ariana Afghan Airlines informed traders that according to the decision of the Economic Deputy of the Prime Minister’s Office, today Sunday exports and imports of goods to foreign countries through air cargo will begin.

The company’s press release states that this initiative is part of the government’s efforts to boost the export of agricultural products, especially fresh and dried fruits, to global markets.

Ariana Afghan recently launched dedicated cargo services to ensure timely access to international markets.

For the Delhi sector, the rate for transporting one kilogram of exported goods is set at one US dollar and one kilogram of imported goods is set at 80 cents.

These rates are aimed at supporting Afghan businessmen and reducing transportation costs.

Ariana officials announced that negotiations are underway with international cargo companies for charter flights, and the government of the Islamic Emirate is committed to providing two cargo planes to the company.
