Abdul Qahar Balkhi, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, strongly condemned the blast in the Red Fort tourist area of New Delhi on Sunday evening, which left at least eight dead and 24 wounded.
Balkhi expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of this bloody incident and the Indian government, calling it an attack on innocent civilians.
The Islamic Emirate has emphasized that it condemns such terrorist acts anywhere in the world and expresses solidarity with the people and government of India in this tragedy.
