Yemen: Israeli attacks will only intensify our operations
In response to the recent Israeli attack on the port of Hodeidah, the Yemeni Foreign Ministry announced that this aggression will not only not lead to a withdrawal from supporting the people of Gaza, but will also increase the intensity and scope of Yemeni military operations against Israeli targets.
According to a spokesman for the Yemeni Foreign Ministry, the attack, which targeted the infrastructure of the port of Hodeidah – one of the most important ports on the Red Sea and the entry point for 80 percent of humanitarian aid to Yemen – is part of Israel’s efforts to pressure Yemen to stop supporting the Palestinians.
The Israeli regime has described this attack as a response to missiles and drones fired from Yemen towards Israel, but Yemen insists that these symbolic actions will fail to weaken the will of the Yemenis.
Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, also warned that all Israeli ports and targets, including the port of Haifa, are within the reach of Yemeni forces, and any aggression will be met with a more decisive response.
