Funeral ceremony for Yemeni government martyrs held in Sanaa with large attendance
The funeral ceremony for the martyrs of the Israeli airstrike on the city of Sanaa began on Monday morning (10th of Sanbalah 1404) with the presence of tens of thousands of Yemenis in Al-Sabain Square in the country’s capital.
This ceremony was held to commemorate Ahmed Ghalib Al-Rahwi, Prime Minister of the Yemeni Government of Change and Construction, and a number of his ministers who were martyred in the attack by the Zionist regime on Thursday .
According to Al-Masirah, the Yemeni armed forces buried the bodies of the martyrs by holding a special parade and offering funeral prayers at the Al-Shaab Mosque.
Yemeni Prime Minister Mohammed Miftah emphasized at the ceremony: “We are in an honorable position and will never regret supporting Gaza; Yemen paid a heavy price for helping the right and is proud of this.”
The Yemeni presidency condemned the attack in a statement and expressed condolences for the martyrdom of national leaders who represented the diversity of the Yemeni people.
