According to the Itartas news agency, the Russian Defense Ministry announced on Monday that the country’s army has captured the town of Lunacharsky in the Donetsk People’s Republic during a special operation in Ukraine.
According to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the battalions of the country’s Battle Group Center successfully completed the final stage of the operation to clear the town over the past 24 hours.
This news was released while fighting continues in the Donetsk region.
