Syrian sources reported that on Friday evening (May 30), several powerful explosions were heard in the city of Jabla in Latakia province, located in western Syria.
According to sources, the Israeli regime’s fighter jets attacked the headquarters of the 107th Command on the outskirts of the city, and published images show tall columns of smoke rising into the air in several places.
These attacks come three days after Reuters reported that Israel and Syria have held several rounds of face-to-face talks in recent weeks in border areas, including occupied territories, with the aim of reducing tensions.
