The two-day meeting on the education of girls in Islamic societies in Pakistan has ended

The two-day meeting under the title “Education of girls in Islamic societies, challenges and opportunities in Pakistan” ended on Sunday (13th of January) with the adoption of a resolution.

Based on the report of Kuwaiti media, this resolution provides a common framework to address the basic challenges in the education of girls, based on which it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with international organizations to improve the educational opportunities of girls in Islamic societies.

This resolution calls for a comprehensive approach to promote girls’ education.

The resolution states that Malala Yousafzai, an activist in the field of education and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, expressed her concern about the situation of Afghan girls and stressed that Afghan women and girls should be free to shape their future. She asked Muslim leaders to Try to realize their rights.
