The full retreat of the QSD from the cities of Deir Ez-Zor al-Mayadeen and Al-Bukamal
The group known as “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) retreated from the cities of Deir Ez-Zor, Al-Mayadeen and Al-Bukamal after clashes with the Syrian armed forces.
Al-Mayadeen reporter reported that the armed men of SDF retreated completely from the cities of Deir ez-Zor, Al-Mayadeen and Al-Bukamal.
With the retreat of the SDF from Deir ez-Zor in eastern Syria, this city came under the control of armed groups that overthrew the Syrian regime.
SDF armed men also retreated from the city of Manbij in the northeastern outskirts of Aleppo after four days of fighting with Turkish-backed groups.
The SDF forces had announced that Turkish fighters bombarded areas in Manbij.
Earlier, Mazloum Abdi, the commander of the SDF forces, announced that a ceasefire agreement had been reached in Manbij, Syria.
He said that this ceasefire was achieved with the mediation of the United States to protect the security and lives of civilians.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the US-backed Qasd occupies about 20 percent of Syria’s territory; While 70 percent of Syria’s territory is under the control of the Syrian armed forces.
