The number of Israelis who have immigrated to Canada has increased by 50 percent since October 7, the Hebrew newspaper Aretz reported.
According to this newspaper, about 10,000 immigrants have migrated to Canada since the beginning of 2024, and the main reasons for migration are the uncertain political and security situation, the escalation of conflicts, socio-economic inequalities, and the unwillingness of the government to address basic concerns the settlers.
It should be mentioned that since the beginning of the war, one million Israelis have emigrated, 40% of them are thinking of emigrating and 59% are concerned about it.
