The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea has summoned the Russian ambassador in Seoul to protest the allegation that North Korea is sending troops to Russia to fight against Ukraine.
According to Reuters, Seoul has demanded the immediate withdrawal of North Korean troops from Russia.
