The media reported that the 16th BRICS meeting under the title of strengthening coordination between countries for development and fair global security will begin today, Tuesday (22th of October) in the city of Kazan, Tatarstan.
However, Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said in a statement that Afghanistan had officially requested the BRICS summit to discuss Afghanistan’s economic issues with other countries.
It should be mentioned that the BRICS summit will be held with the presence of representatives of more than 30 countries. This meeting will continue from October 22 to 24.
