A delegation led by Mohammad Zarai, the deputy director of Iran’s general anti-narcotics department, arrived in Kabul yesterday (16th of August).
Mufti Abdul Matin Qane, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior, wrote on his page that the delegation will meet with the leadership of the Ministry of Interior, Mullah Abdul Haq Akhund, the deputy minister for counternarcotics, and officials from some other ministries.
