Al-Mayadin network reported on Sunday afternoon (4th of August)that the Palestinian resistance launched rocket attacks from several areas of the Gaza Strip on the Zionist settlement of Ashkelan and its surroundings, as well as the Zionist settlement of Ghan Yafna and the city of Ashdod on the border of the occupied territories with the Gaza Strip.
Israeli media said a rocket hit a fourth street east of the city of Ashdod.
Following this attack, Sharol Ashdod announced the opening of public shelters in this city.
