New British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has left for Washington with his wife Victoria to begin his first foreign trip by participating in the NATO summit.
Mr. Starmer, who was sworn in as the new Prime Minister last week with the victory of the Labor Party in the British parliamentary elections, will have the opportunity in Washington to meet with European leaders for the first time as the new head of the British government, headed by US President Joe Biden.
