Shaukat Mirzyayev, the president from Uzbikestan, said that due to the conflicts in different parts of the world, the situation in Afghanistan is not in the focus of the international community.
Mr. Mirziyayev, who was speaking at the “informal” meeting of the Organization of Otis Turkic Countries in Shusha, Azerbaijan, emphasized his country’s continued support for Afghanistan.
He added: “We believe that the return of Afghanistan’s frozen financial assets abroad will help improve the social situation in this country.
