Amir Saeed Irwani, Iran’s ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations, has stated that Tehran is trying to deal with terrorist extremism and underdevelopment in Afghanistan.
Irwani, who spoke about Afghanistan at the UN Security Council meeting, also emphasized the unconditional release of frozen Afghan assets.
