US President Donald Trump announced that no agreement has been reached yet for the production of Patriot air defense systems in Ukraine.
Trump said: “Transferring such technologies is a very difficult decision and I don’t think it will ever be possible because those who receive these technologies may one day use them against you. That is a possibility.”
Referring to the sensitivity of the transfer of advanced military technologies, he emphasized the need for caution in making decisions on such issues.
