Criticizing the management of the recent crisis, Democratic US Senator Chris Murphy claimed that the war was humiliating for Donald Trump and America’s standing.
He said the extent of this humiliation becomes even more apparent when Trump announces that he will call Benjamin Netanyahu to ask him to refrain from a military response, but Netanyahu carries out the attack a few hours later.
Murphy also stated that Trump has long lost control of the management of this war and has been unable to contain developments.
The Democratic senator added that with the resurgence of conflicts, the weakness and incompetence of the US government has become more apparent than ever.
