On the sidelines of the International Security Conference in Moscow, Russia and Afghanistan signed an agreement on military and technical cooperation.
The signing ceremony of this agreement was also attended by Maulvi Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid, Minister of Defense of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Russia.
The International Security Conference was held in Moscow from the 26th to the 29th of this month at the initiative of the Russian Security Council, and was attended by officials from various countries.
