Ghalibaf meets with Asim Munir on Today: If Trump is stupid, our response will be more devastating
Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, said in a meeting with Field Marshal Asim Munir, Commander of the Pakistani Army, that Iran’s armed forces have been rebuilt during the ceasefire in such a way that if Trump is foolish and starts the war again, they will give a more crushing and bitter response than in the past.
He has emphasized that Iran will not compromise on the rights of its people and will not back down against parties that, in his words, are “dishonest.”
Qalibaf added that Iran will work vigorously to secure its national interests in the field of diplomacy, just as it has courageously defended the country on the battlefield.
The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament has also said that the military knows the value of peace more than others, but they will not allow the dignity and rights of their country to be violated.
In another part of his speech, he claimed that Iran was entering the negotiation process while the United States started the war and then called for negotiations to end it.
