Abdul Rahman Munir, Deputy Minister of Counter-Narcotics of the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has met and held talks with the Acting Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Kabul.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Interior, Abdul Rahman Munir emphasized in this meeting the continuation of relations, coordination, and cooperation with UN agencies in the fight against drugs.
The two sides also announced their commitment to expand cooperation in the fight against drugs and related crimes.
