Palestinian sources have reported that following last night’s Israeli attack on Gaza City, Azzam al-Hiya, son of Khalil al-Hiya, the head of the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip and head of the movement’s negotiating team, was martyred.
According to reports, this attack was carried out simultaneously with the Israeli regime’s attacks on the Beirut suburbs and left a number of people dead and injured.
While Khalil al-Hayyah and the Hamas movement have not yet officially confirmed this news, some Palestinian sources have said that Azzam al-Hayyah died after being seriously injured in the attack.
It is said that he has joined his three martyred brothers, Osama Hamza and Hammam Al-Hayyah.
