The French Foreign Minister has announced that the European Union will likely implement sanctions against Israel in the next few days.
In an interview with France Info radio, Jean-Noël Barrot said that for about a year now, he has been calling for sanctions against individuals and institutions responsible for violence against Palestinians, especially in the West Bank.
He emphasized: “I think we will succeed in passing these sanctions in the coming days.”
The French Foreign Minister also noted that these measures have so far been taken by Hungary, led by Viktor Orban and you, but with a possible change of government in the country, this obstacle may be removed.
