The Japanese government officially revised the “Three Principles of Defense Equipment Transfer and its Implementation Guidelines” today, Tuesday 21th of April , at an official cabinet meeting.
Based on these reforms, Japan has in principle authorized the export of lethal weapons, a move that could be considered a significant change in the country’s defense policies
