Iraqi resistance groups launch war of liberation, 29 attacks on US bases in 24 hours

Iraqi Islamic resistance groups announced that they have launched an operation to liberate Iraq from American forces and will increase attacks against American bases and interests in Iraq and the region.

Abu Mahdi al-Jaafari, the military spokesman for these groups, emphasized that the operation will continue until the last foreign soldier leaves Iraqi soil.

In the past 24 hours, the resistance carried out 29 military operations targeting US bases and interests inside and outside Iraq; these attacks were carried out with a combination of reconnaissance drones and various missiles, including al-Qari and Katyusha.

Domestic targets included Victoria Base (Baghdad), Al-Harir Base and Erbil Airfield, the US Embassy in Baghdad’s Green Zone, and the Al-Rashid Hotel (where foreign forces were stationed). Operations beyond Iraq also targeted Ali Al-Salem Base (Kuwait) and several US military positions in Jordan.

The resistance described these operations as based on religious duty, avenging the blood of the martyred Imam and leader Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei, and within the framework of supporting the resistance front and supporting Iran.

Analysts emphasize that this new level of tension has made Iraq part of a larger regional conflict and that the resistance will continue operations until the ultimate goal of a complete US withdrawal from Iraq is achieved.
