Wall Street Journal: US fires missiles at Iran from Persian Gulf Arab countries

The Wall Street Journal, citing American officials, reported that the US military has fired short-range ballistic missiles (HIMARS) and ATACMS rockets from the territory of these countries at Iranian naval targets, despite official denials by the authorities of the Persian Gulf Arab countries.

These missiles, with a range of 200 to 300 miles, were launched mainly from the territory of Arab countries that have recently been targeted by Iranian drone and missile attacks, but none of these countries has officially confirmed permission to use their territory or airspace to attack Iran.

The Wall Street Journal also published a video showing the firing of HIMARS rockets from Bahraini soil at Iranian targets.

Previously, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi had announced in an interview with the MS NOW network that in the attack on Kharg Island, the US military had fired HIMARS missiles from two points in the United Arab Emirates, one in Ras Al Khaimah and the other from a location very close to the city of Dubai.

These reports are being published at a time when Iran has repeatedly warned that any use of the territory of regional countries to attack Iran will turn those countries into legitimate targets, and tensions in the Persian Gulf have reached a peak.
