The Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to Russia meets with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan in Moscow

Maulvi Gul Hassan Hassan, Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to Russia, met and discussed with Baturjan Zakharovich Asadov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the country.

The Afghan Embassy in Moscow announced that in this meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views on the expansion of bilateral relations, economic cooperation, transit issues, and regional interactions between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, and emphasized the further strengthening of joint cooperation.

The parties also emphasized the need to assess the situation in Afghanistan based on realistic conditions and with a positive perspective in order to provide more opportunities for constructive and sustainable cooperation.
