The Axios website reported that the White House plans to hold a meeting with the leaders of the so-called “Peace Council” in Washington on February 19, 2026.
This meeting is considered the first official gathering of this council, and its main goal is to collect financial and humanitarian donations for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
The White House has not yet announced further details about the delegation-level participants and the expected outcomes of the meeting.
