Israeli media, including Kan TV and the Israeli newspaper “Hayom,” have reported extensive military preparations by the Israeli army in the West Bank, which could be a prelude to a widespread invasion.
Simultaneously with the occupation army’s military maneuvers in this area, the Israeli Air Force has begun to create a “wide target bank.”
Israeli military analysts have warned that these actions, from field maneuvers to the compilation of a target bank, may go beyond tactical preparedness and indicate the possibility of a sudden and large-scale attack in the West Bank.
These movements are taking place at a time when tensions in the West Bank have increased sharply following resistance operations and repeated raids by Israeli soldiers into Palestinian cities and camps.
