The Minister of Industry and Trade participated in the World Congress of Free Zones in China
Afghanistan’s Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi attended the opening ceremony of the 11th International Congress of the World Free Zones Organization (WFZ0) to be held from October 10 to 12, 2025 in Henan, China.
This congress was held with the participation of government officials from various countries, regional and international organizations, and focuses on rethinking global trade through digital solutions in a changing world.
The aim of this event is to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences in the development of free trade and economic zones.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce added that Nooruddin Azizi had left for China on Wednesday to attend the congress.
His presence at this international event is expected to provide opportunities to expand business cooperation and attract investment to the country.
