Cargo ship attacked off Yemeni coast
The British Maritime Trade Centre announced that a Liberian-flagged cargo ship, MAGIC SEAS, owned by Greece, was attacked 51 miles southwest of Hodeidah, Yemen.
According to Reuters, citing a British naval official, the ship was targeted by gunboats equipped with small arms and rocket-propelled grenades, as well as drones.
According to reports, the ship, which was attacked along with other Israeli-linked ships, suffered serious damage and is in danger of sinking; the crew has been evacuated and the ship’s condition is being assessed.
