Brutal attack on two-year-old Afghan child at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport; Belarusian suspect arrested
In a shocking incident at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo International Airport, a two-year-old Afghan child suffered a severe skull fracture and serious spinal injuries due to a violent attack by a 31-year-old Belarusian man and is currently hospitalized in a coma.

According to reports, the child was at Sheremetyevo Airport with his pregnant mother, who had fled the recent fighting in Iran.
The child’s mother had stepped away from him for a brief moment to pick up the stroller when the defendant, Vladimir Vitkov, approached the child, picked him up with unimaginable violence, and threw him to the ground.
The Maidan police immediately arrested the suspect and an investigation has been launched on charges of attempted murder.
