Negotiations between the American and Ukrainian delegations have begun in Jeddah.
Andriy Permak, head of Zelenskiy’s office, “Andriy Sibiha”, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Rostam Umarov, Minister of Defense of Ukraine, are members of the Ukrainian team.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and White House National Security Advisor Mike Waltz are also members of the American team.
Zelensky did not participate in this negotiation.
