Aerial images show the large attendance of people at a ceremony held by the Hezbollah movement at the shrine of martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on the occasion of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din and a number of his companions, with the slogan “We are on the covenant.”
According to images published by Lebanese media, the crowd of participants filled the courtyard of the shrine, the squares and surrounding roads, and tens of thousands of people attended the ceremony to commemorate the occasion and renew their loyalty to the two martyred leaders.
The ceremony was attended by a number of political figures, religious scholars, and diplomatic representatives, as well as delegations from Arab and Islamic countries. Participants held Lebanese flags, resistance flags, and pictures of martyred Lebanese leaders.
Simultaneously with this ceremony, similar programs were held at the shrine of Sayyid Hashem Safi al-Din in Deir Qanun al-Nahr and the shrine of Sayyid Abbas Mousavi, a former Hezbollah leader, in Nabi Shit.
