NATO Military Committee Chairman Giuseppe Cavo Dragon said the coalition had prepared about 4,000 pages of operational plans for the Eastern Front, covering a variety of scenarios from local crises to direct attack and the activation of Article 5.
Referring to NATO’s readiness, Dragono said that the force structure, systems, and equipment needed to deal with possible scenarios are ready.
To explain the importance of preparation, he cited Mike Tyson’s famous quote that “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.”
